Himeyuri

A 30-minute film focuses on a group of high school nurses known as Himeyuri who provided care during the Battle of Okinawa in World War II. Produced by the Himeyuri Alumnae Incorporated Foundation, the film was created to share the experiences of these nurses, several of whom died during the conflict. The foundation, which operates the Himeyuri Peace Museum in Okinawa, intended the film to educate younger generations about their stories.
