After Kirby swallows a Noddy, he falls victim to sleeping sickness. The only character capable of providing a cure is the villainous Pukey Flower. This situation forces Kirby to rely on this antagonist for survival. Additionally, this episode marks the debut of the Needle Copy Ability, introducing a new power option for the protagonist within the series.
