Instead of engaging in a genuine battle, Meta Knight utilizes the encounter as a covert opportunity to instruct Kirby in the art of swordsmanship. This hidden training proves essential when Kirby must subsequently confront Bugzzy, a new monster created by Dedede. During this conflict, Kirby successfully applies the combat techniques he learned from Meta Knight. This episode marks the debut of the Sword Copy Ability, allowing Kirby to wield a blade in battle.
