King Dedede and Escargoon exploit the fact that Chief Bookem and Buttercup’s house is a pigsty to humiliate them on public television. In a separate plot, Nightmare Enterprises addresses King Dedede’s own messy habits by dispatching a trash-spitting monster. This creature was originally sent to Nightmare Enterprises by Dedede to remove his garbage. Instead, it expels all of Dedede’s waste directly onto Cappy Town. The episode features the Cleaning Copy Ability, which is utilized in the context of these conflicting cleanup efforts and public shaming incidents involving the various characters and their respective messes.
