Neon arrives in Yorknew with her bodyguards, demonstrating her Lovely Ghost Writer Nen ability to predict the future. Meanwhile, Phantom Troupe members Feitan, Machi, Franklin, and Nobunaga travel to the city, with the latter two arguing. Gon seeks to purchase a mobile phone and receives unexpected assistance from his old friend Leorio. To raise funds, Gon allows people to pay for arm wrestling matches. He easily defeats most opponents but encounters some difficulty when facing Shizuku. This segment is part of the Yorknew City arc and the Phantom Troupe arc.
