Kastro and Hisoka engage in combat within Heavens Arena, where Kastro initially dominates using a Nen double to block Hisoka's dodges. Although Hisoka loses both arms, he remains confident and employs magic tricks to seemingly reattach one limb. Secretly utilizing his Hatsu, Bungee Gum, he kills Kastro with playing cards from a trick. Following the battle, Machi approaches Hisoka and uses Nen to sew his arms back on, delivering a message from the Phantom Troupe boss. After she departs, Hisoka removes his spider tattoo, revealing it to be a fake. This event occurs during the Heavens Arena arc, specifically episode 6 out of 10.
