Ep. 13: Inazuma Japan confronts Ichihoshi's fabricated brother crisis before the second half

The first half between Inazuma Japan and Phoenix Army of Arab concluded with a 1-0 score. Ichihoshi Mitsuru struggles with the conflict between saving his brother and playing soccer. Inazuma Japan attempts to assist him without success. Zhao Jinyun reveals that Kidou Yuuto waited all day but no one visited the hospital room, proving Ichihoshi has no brother there.
