Sayuki is currently working through a personal issue, which causes Mako to lose her usual driving focus and concentration. Meanwhile, Shingo from the NightKids contacts Sayuki via phone. At the same time, members of the Emperor racing team are actively scouting for other teams to defeat. To stop this potential takeover, the Impact Blue team prepares to protect their home course. They plan to use their Sil-Eighty vehicle to defend against the incoming challenge from the outsiders seeking to conquer the area.
