Innocent Venus

In 2010, Hyper Hurricanes devastated the globe, killing five billion people and reducing the population to three billion. Economies and military structures collapsed, and much of the world was transformed by extreme environmental changes. A new era of instability emerged, marked by widespread poverty and sprawling slums. The ruling elite, known as Logos, used force to maintain control, while the impoverished were labeled Revenus and confined to areas outside the special economic zones. Katsuragi Jo and Tsurasawa Jin flee from Phantom, an organization tasked with monitoring Revenus and quelling Logos dissent, with Noto Sana, a mysterious girl. Various factions seek her, each for their own reasons.
