A young, energetic boy named Kazuma Harukaze resides on a farm near Mount Fuji with his younger sister, Sakura, and their horse, Lovely. One day, a meteor crashes near their home, but it is not an ordinary space rock. It is Hinkeeru, a messenger from the planet Muzanda, who arrives to alert Earth about an impending threat. Accompanying Hinkeeru is Robony, a robotic horse.
