Ep. 1: Tony Stark tests the Dio armor in Japan while facing external control and a Zodiac warrior.

While in Japan, Tony Stark oversees the construction of an Arc Station and prepares the Iron Man Dio armor to replace his standard suit. During a test flight of the prototype, the attempt fails. Later, during targeting practice, the test pilot becomes brainwashed and attacks his colleagues. An investigation reveals that the Dio suit was being controlled by an outside source. Utilizing his classic Iron Man armor, Stark neutralizes the compromised Dio suit and subsequently battles and defeats Scorpio, a warrior from the Zodiac order. Despite these victories, Stark discovers that his Dio suit has been stolen and compromised.
