Following their victory over the golem beneath Azpire, Taichi and Anastasia encounter young magicians Milo and Melo, who lead a large horde of Red Goblins. Simultaneously, Rin and Muller warn the guild about an impending attack by an army of several thousand monsters. A somber atmosphere pervades the group, yet Rin and Muller remain determined to protect the city. Fortunately, Lemia arrives after sensing something amiss within the city, potentially altering the course of the defense efforts against the overwhelming enemy forces.
