Former Dark Realm second-in-command Jahy loses her powers and shrinks after a magical girl destroys the mana crystal. Struggling to survive in a rundown apartment, she uses remaining magic to work part-time at a craft pub. When her power fades, the store manager finds her small form but offers comfort instead of firing her. Meanwhile, the landlord and manager's sister Ryou pressures Jahy to pay rent. Jahy eventually discovers her missing mana crystal necklace was being kept safe by the manager, complicating her quest to restore her strength and kingdom.
