Jigoku Sensei Nube (Movie)

A student named Kumiko Ijima identifies a man in a park as a murder suspect after recalling she had sketched his face from a police wanted poster. She alerts her classmate Kyoko, but the man notices Kumiko's drawing portfolio, which bears the initials "K.I." and observes her wearing a red ribbon in her hair. Police pursue the criminal, who crashes his car into a sewer, allowing a demon to take over his soul. The demon then seeks out any girl with a red ribbon and the initials "K.I." on her drawings.
