First-year students Megumi, Nobara, and Yuji from Tokyo Jujutsu High are dispatched to investigate a series of mysterious deaths associated with Saitama Urami East Junior High, the alma mater of Megumi. Concurrently, Mahito and Geto proceed with their own plans, resulting in the incarnation of one of the Cursed Womb: Death Paintings. The narrative follows the students' investigation into the school-linked incidents while the antagonists advance their separate objectives involving the cursed spirits.
