Hitsujii, known as the Warrior of the Ram, is a legendary combatant and the previous victor of the 9th 12 Wars. Previously an arms merchant who gained fame on the battlefield, his sole desire was to see his grandchild. In the current War, he evaluates the other warriors based on their combat capabilities and orchestrates a scheme involving the poison Juuseki crystal. He successfully avoids ingesting the toxin himself while executing his plan against the other participants.
