A group known as the Juuza, part of the 13th Zodiac and referred to as cat people, is regarded with disdain and lives in seclusion. As the Han Dynasty nears its end, the Yellow Scarves' uprising causes widespread chaos in the Three Kingdoms. With military forces moving into the region, a Juuza girl named Kan'u and her village are disrupted when Sousou and his forces advance toward them.
