Shiro, aided by Kuro, tricks the Colorless King out of Kukuri's body and into his own. He joins Mikoto and Reisi, instructing Mikoto to kill the trapped entity, as only a king can slay another. Mikoto complies, avenging Tatara, but his Weismann level reaches its limit, causing his Sword of Damocles to fall. To prevent this fatal outcome, Reisi stabs Mikoto, whispering words intended for Anna, who hears them while mourning. The Homra gang honors their late leader with a battle cry as they lose their powers. Meanwhile, Neko and Kuroh escape the island, believing Shiro to be alive.
