The effects of Tsukuyomi's Water of Youth curse persist for Sumireko. At the same time, Adashino's younger sister, Oto, detects a Curiosity at her school. To investigate this presence, Sumireko assumes the identity of Oto's friend and enters the school under false pretenses. This infiltration allows her to get closer to the supernatural entity Oto has sensed, continuing the ongoing conflict involving the youth water's lingering influence on Sumireko's situation.
