While fishing, the Phantom Thief apprentices Jack, Queen, and King discover a talking dog in a stream. They decide to rescue the animal and name him Roko. After being saved, Roko reveals that he escaped from a laboratory. He explains that he fled alongside a cat and a lizard. These two companions are currently plotting to destroy humanity. The group now faces the threat posed by these escaped creatures and their destructive intentions against the human race.
