Kirari declares she will cease backing the other family heads. Yumeko and Kaede continue their gambling match until Yumeko exhausts her chips, but Sumeragi keeps purchasing more for her. Kaede eventually bets 100 chips to force Yumeko to stop due to lack of funds. Yumeko then proposes that Sumeragi bet her life, which means receiving a life schedule.
