Two dominant powers exist: the Dorssia Military Pact Federation, a military alliance, and the Atlantic Rim United States, which expanded through trade. The smaller JIOR nation remains neutral, maintaining peace through economic stability. Haruto Tokishima is a high school student in Module 77 of the JIOR Sphere when the Dorssian military unexpectedly invades. His life changes after encountering a mysterious humanoid weapon known as Valvrave.
