With the cultural festival approaching, Natsuru discovers Shizuku entered him into the Miss Seitetsu beauty contest. He attempts to trade places by giving her a shoulder massage, but the plan fails when Akane fires her gun. Natsuru proceeds with a karaoke act, shopping for lingerie with Akane and Shizuku. At the venue, Kaede joins them and competes with Akane and Shizuku to sing a duet with Natsuru. She pressures him for a confession, but he cannot respond as he nearly transforms back to male form. Akane confronts Kaede for her actions. Consequently, Akane, Shizuku, and Kaede decide to enter the beauty contest themselves, leaving Natsuru shocked and dismayed by the escalating situation.
