Kazuya agrees to a date with Ruka but spots Mami and Chizuru at work. Mami reveals she knows Chizuru’s occupation and ignores her questions. Kazuya discovers Mami knows the truth about his relationship with Chizuru and fakes illness to follow them. He overhears Chizuru tell a skeptical Mami that he is her boyfriend, prompting her to ask if he is the love of her life. Later, Kazuya thanks Chizuru and confesses he wants her, clarifying he meant a rental girlfriend. Chizuru becomes flustered in her apartment. The next morning, everyone goes about their separate activities.
