Eleven-year-old Masaru Saiga inherits a vast fortune following his father's death in an accident. This wealth makes him a target for kidnappers who deploy fearsome puppets to abduct him. Masaru manages to escape with assistance from Narumi Kato, a circus employee. However, the kidnappers quickly catch up with the pair. Just as the situation appears hopeless, a mysterious woman named Shirogane makes her appearance to intervene.
