Karl to Fushigi na Tou

A peculiar tower constructed from stacked blocks stands in a town, where a bell is rung three times daily by an elderly man to mark the time. One day, the noon chime does not sound, causing uncertainty among the residents about their lunch schedule. A curious young boy named Karl travels to the tower's plaza to investigate the cause of the silence.
