Kaze wo Tsugumono

In Kyoto during the Bakumatsu period, a soldier with no memory is helped by Soji Okita, an assistant officer in the Mibu Roshigumi. Given the name Jinsuke Tachikawa, the soldier starts a new life among the Mibu soldiers. The anime explores the brief youth of these individuals who lived through unstable times, presenting their experiences with precise detail and a new viewpoint.
