A high school student named Nozomi Kaminashi aspires to join Keijo, a competitive water-based sport where participants stand on floating platforms and use their bodies to force opponents into the water. Raised in a financially struggling household, she sees the sport as a way to earn money. Her background in gymnastics has given her strong balance and flexibility, skills she hopes to use in Keijo. After graduating, she enrolls in a training academy to begin her journey in the sport.
