At the academy where Miami Takashi is a student, the educational environment has deteriorated into extreme conditions, featuring armed hall monitors, masked teachers concealing their identities, and detention sessions held in a torture chamber under the gym. This harsh system threatens students like Miami, who has been labeled "Least Likely to Survive" by her peers. A potential savior emerges in the form of an unconventional superheroine known as Kekko Kamen. She wears a red mask and red boots, wielding nunchaku to fight the corrupt figures controlling the school. Her true identity remains a mystery, known only to the creator, who chooses to keep it secret while showcasing her striking appearance.
