Kyururu and her companions are confused by a strange building shown in her sketchbook. They encounter a Friend who travels between park areas and agrees to guide them to the location. Simultaneously, the Professor and Assistant investigate unusual Cerulean appearances in Japari Park. They eventually identify the cause of these events, but the explanation proves unexpected and surprising to them.
