Ep. 9: Mira Investigates Soul Howl Evidence and Defeats a Monster with Tomoki's Help

Solomon dispatches Mira to the Child of Prayer Forest to retrieve a Grail ingredient and seek proof of Soul Howl, while also requesting a visit to the Primal Forest. At an old fort, Mira observes Tomoki, a builder with exceptional speed, and meets soldier Ratri, who reports frequent attacks by a giant monster causing heavy casualties. Mira diagnoses patient Melissa with a foreign toxin and cures her, earning the soldiers' support to hunt the beast. Together, they trap and kill a Tyrant Spikeback Gorilla, impressing the troops with Mira's summoning magic. Mira discovers Tomoki is a Player focused on crafting, not combat. Tomoki suspects human involvement in the monster's displacement. At the target tree, Tree Gods confirm Soul Howl collected the root but cannot specify the timeframe.
