High school student Madanbashi Kouichi is suddenly chased by an enigmatic woman and a group of peculiar penguins. Simultaneously, a massive robot begins destroying the town. Kouichi wonders if his unique Hi-ERO particles hold the solution to stopping the chaos and rescuing the city from the rampaging machine and the strange attackers.
