Ep. 22: Lockon recovers while UN Army launches Operation Fallen Angel against Gundams.
As Lockon heals, the UN Army initiates Operation Fallen Angel to eliminate the Gundams, while the HRL's Choubu Squadron harasses the Trinity siblings. The Meisters on the Ptolemaios question if destruction is necessary to end war. Following Lockon's advice, Setsuna travels to Earth with Lasse in the GN Arms to intervene against the HRL. On the Moon, Alejandro Schenberg seizes control of Veda and finds Aeolia Schenberg in cryostasis. He shoots the capsule repeatedly, triggering a system trap that activates the Trans-Am System on the four original Gundams. Meanwhile, Ali Al-Saachez kills Michael and Johann, hijacking the Throne Zwei. He prepares to kill Nena, but Setsuna arrives and fights Ali in the stolen Throne. Using the newly unlocked Trans-Am System, Setsuna defeats Ali.
