Mikazuki and Orga travel to meet Allium, the leader of the ideological group Terra Liberionis, in order to resolve the issues surrounding the attacks carried out by the Dawn Horizon Corps. At the same time, McGillis arrives at the Martian branch of Gjallarhorn. Upon his arrival, he presents Tekkadan with a specific proposal that requires their attention and consideration.
