Set in U.C. 0096, three years after the Char's Rebellion conflict between Neo Zeon and Earth Federation Forces, Banagher Links resides at Industrial 7. He encounters Audrey Burne, who warns that the Vist Foundation plans to transfer Laplace's Box to Neo Zeon remnants called the Sleeves, risking renewed war. Banagher agrees to assist her. Fighting breaks out between the Sleeves and Earth Federation Forces at the colony. Amidst the chaos, Banagher searches for Audrey and encounters the white mobile suit Unicorn, which holds the key to Laplace's Box.
