During a scheduled match in the black division, Kevin Mask fails to appear against the Korean dragon. His coach locates him after intense training, discovering that Kevin has fainted inside a sauna. Consequently, the Korean dragon begins to severely damage the unconscious competitor, threatening the conclusion of his Chojin championship. Suddenly, a bright light emanates from Kevin's body, resembling the power seen in Ultimate Muscle. This mysterious energy raises the question of whether it will enable Kevin Mask to overcome this formidable opponent and secure victory in the ongoing tournament.
