Ep. 12: Rio Kuroki transfers to class and reveals himself as the masked boy Julio

Rio Kuroki transfers into Ichika's class, gaining popularity and showing unusual interest in her. Gummy and others visit the patisserie to explain their corruption by belts from a masked boy, apologizing and learning to enjoy sweets. Ichika invites Rio and Risa to the shop to make Sheep Cupcakes, receiving advice from Rio despite his dislike of sweets. Rio is revealed to be Julio, who steals kirakiral from Risa's heart after she eats the cupcakes, turning it black to attack the Cures. As Julio's hatred of sweets strengthens his attacks, Ichika uses a whipping technique learned from Rio to block them. This allows the Cures to revert the black kirakiral in his weapon back to its normal state, neutralizing the threat.
