Sweets scientist Yuu Tachibana recruits Himari as an assistant for a live experiment to bake a giant sponge cake. Although Himari feels nervous, she provides valuable input during batter preparation. The cake cooks correctly due to her adjustments but collapses under its own weight. Himari blames herself, but Tachibana praises her efforts, stating her feelings contributed to the experiment's success. Glaive then steals the cake and the audience's kirakiral to power up his Nendos. Gaining confidence, Himari advises the Cures on combining their attacks to defeat the Nendos. Later, Himari repurposes the sponge cake to make Chick Cake Pops for everyone. She also discovers her crystal has transformed into her Crystal Animal, similar to Ciel and Aoi.
