Kirari Tsukishima rescues a turtle from a tree, earning a concert ticket from its owner, Seiji Hiwatari. Hiroto Kazama destroys the ticket, claiming Kirari and Seiji inhabit different worlds. Undeterred, Kirari infiltrates the event and learns that both Seiji and Hiroto belong to the group Ships. She then makes a public declaration on live television, stating her determination to become an idol.
