Despite these neighboring countries maintaining hostile relations, the animosity persists within the school environment. Romio Inuzuka, the first-year student leader of the Black Dogs, struggles with romantic feelings for Juliet Persia, the first-grade leader of the White Cats. This long-held affection causes him significant distress. Following various troubles, Inuzuka finally resolves to act on his emotions and moves forward with the determination to confess his love to Juliet.
