A high school entrance exam student named Keita is constantly distracted by his two older twin stepsisters, Ako and Riko, who are both physically attractive and show him strong romantic interest. Despite their good intentions, their forward behavior makes it difficult for Keita to focus. Initially, he resists their advances, but as their interactions grow more intimate, he grows closer to both. This leads to a complicated love triangle involving the twins and Keita.
