Following mutual confessions, Sana and Akito argue but are interrupted by a nurse. Fuka arrives to inquire about Sana’s absence and overhears the discussion. Sana attempts to convince her best friend that her romantic feelings for Akito are in the past. When Akito joins them, the situation becomes confusing. Sana decides to cut ties with both individuals. She waits for Akito to return from training and informs him that their relationship is over. She bids him farewell and runs away in tears. To help forget Akito, Sana throws herself into her work.
