Kusatta Kyoushi no Houteishiki

Atsushi Arisawa transfers to Jougaoka High School to be close to Masami Shibata, a childhood crush. He mistakenly believes Masami is now the school nurse, Masayoshi, and is shocked by what seems like a drastic change in his personality. Meanwhile, Atsushi's friend Kouji Inagaki is persistently affectionate toward him, making his school experience difficult. Over time, Atsushi begins to appreciate the new version of Masami he thought he knew. However, his feelings are complicated when he eventually discovers that Masayoshi is not actually Masami.
