After a P.E. lesson, Ryota struggles with chlorine in his eyes, prompting Chika to intervene before friends stop her. During lunch, Ryota spills milk on Megumi and soup on Yuki. While heading to the nurse's office, he finds Natsumi asleep after being undressed by the girls, leading to his beating upon their return. Later, Ryota and Natsumi argue over removing shirts from the top or bottom. When Kōji asks about their relationship, Ryota insists he and Chika are merely childhood friends. Heartbroken by this declaration, Chika attempts to trick Ryota into kissing her, but her plan fails.
