Chika attends school where classmates request assistance regarding the disappearance of several peers. Kyouka arrives to aid in the investigation, leading them to uncover that a mafia-developed drug is responsible for transforming victims into animals. The pair is subsequently rescued by a green variant of Hyouka. Together, they face the true architect of the scheme, identified as an entity created by the department of supernatural affairs named Electric butterfly.
