Love Hina: Haru Special - Kimi Sakura Chiru Nakare!!

Keitaro faces the Toudai entrance exams once more, but during the test, he falls asleep and dreams about Narusegawa. Upon waking, he realizes he has little time left and believes he has failed. In an attempt to escape Hinata Lodge and distance himself from the memories, he flees. By chance, he encounters Seta, and the group ends up on a remote island searching for Keitaro to bring him back.
