Lanzhu and Mia arrive in Japan while the School Idol Club begins creating a promotional video for the 2nd School Idol Festival. Lanzhu visits Nijigasaki High School to express her desire to become a school idol before meeting the rest of the Club. The group then watches the video, but an outtake reel plays instead. Consequently, Lanzhu performs "Eutopia" on a school balcony to fanfare. Following the performance, she informs the School Idol Club that she intends to enter the Festival independently due to conflicting values. She initiates a competition to determine who can garner the most attention during the event.
