Ep. 9: Izumi’s Confusion and Ryouma’s Collapse Amidst Fan Attention

Izumi remains isolated in his room following a press conference, prompting Rei to discover his online purchase of Ryouma merchandise. While Izumi struggles with his emotions, Ryouma feels threatened by new admirers and becomes jealous of the attention Izumi pays to fans on set. Ryouma confronts Izumi about their relationship status before collapsing from exhaustion and being hospitalized. Upon release, Izumi is again caught by Rei, this time buying yaoi manga, and questions Rei about male intimacy. Later, Izumi attempts to meet his manga club but is recognized when his glasses fall off. He flees into a construction site to escape a pursuing crowd. Kuroi spots him and gives chase. In the area, Izumi witnesses thugs harassing a man for money. The victim escapes, and the thugs turn their attention to Izumi.
