Fujiko acquires a file revealing the location of the Columbus Egg, a legendary artifact said to have been discovered by Christopher Columbus and capable of influencing weather patterns. She enlists Lupin and his companions to locate the treasure before it can be claimed by a dangerous criminal. To keep the file from falling into the wrong hands, Fujiko commits its contents to memory and then destroys it. However, the act causes her to suffer amnesia, resulting in a loss of her former personality and nearly all memory of Lupin and his team. The group must now find a way to restore Fujiko's memories before the Columbus Egg is obtained by an antagonist seeking to misuse its power.
