Jacqueline has accumulated significant wealth and a valuable jewelry collection following multiple divorces and the deaths of several husbands. Lupin and Jacqueline develop a close relationship, which causes discomfort for Jigen and Goemon. Meanwhile, Fujiko, who intends to steal Jacqueline's jewels, is abducted by the Cobra crime syndicate. The situation forces Lupin to confront his feelings as he becomes blinded by love. He must determine if his affection for Jacqueline is genuine or if she is the true danger, akin to a venomous snake, while dealing with the kidnapping of his colleague.
